Your competition will publish the URL for you to upload files. If you don't know the URL please see the competition website or Facebook page for more information. The URL will begin https://events.redfridgedoor.com/.
The ability to upload files is available once you've completed registration for a competition.
The competition landing page will look similar to the Red Fridge Door Demo Competition page in the screenshot below.
To upload files to your competition registration you will first need to log in or sign up for a Red Fridge Door user account. This is required so that we can ensure only you have access to the competitor's registration. We also need to verify your email address and match that to the address you used when registering for the competition.
You have two options for log in and sign up:
In either case, the email address associated with the account you use must match the email address you used when registering for the competition.
If you are signing up for an account or connecting your Facebook account for the first time, you will be sent a verification token via email during the sign up process. This is used to confirm that you are indeed the owner of the email address.
Once you've completed Sign up or Sign in the competition landing page will update and you'll see the competitor (or competitors) associated with your email address in this competition. If you have entered more than one competitor in this competition using the same contact email address then you will see those competitors on this page.
Click on the competitor you want to upload files for to be taken to the Competitor Dashboard.
The Competitor Dashboard lists all the classes that the competitor is registered in. Where a class requires a file upload you will see an "UPLOAD YOUR FILE" button. You will need to upload files individually for each class that requires them.
Click the "UPLOAD YOUR FILE" button and select the file from the resulting file dialog. Once the file has successfully uploaded you will see a success message and the upload button will be replaced with information for the uploaded file. If anything went wrong during the file upload you'll see an error message.
Files for upload cannot be any larger than 15MB in file size and we only accept the following file formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .doc, .docx, .pdf, .mp3, .m4a, .mp4
If you need to remove the file or replace it with a different version, simply click on the "Remove" link next to the filename.
The ability to upload files is available after you've completed registration through to the end of the competition.
